A History of Excellence...
The roots of The Beerman Realty Company stretch back to 1929, when founder Arthur Beerman came to Dayton. Following several years in the retail industry, Beerman began investing in businesses and real estate. He established the earliest version of Beerman Realty in the mid-1930s in order to optimize the management of his investments.
Bill Weprin, Beerman's son-in-law, took over leadership of the company in 1975. Since then, Beerman Realty has developed, managed, bought, sold and leased more than 10 million square feet of commercial property in Greater Dayton and throughout the Midwest.
The Beerman Foundation
The Beerman Family, through the Beerman Foundation and Beerman Realty, is active in philanthropy and community service programs in the Miami Valley, and hosted the Annual Beerman Family Thanksgiving Day Dinner for 40 years.
